Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, Ayurvedic, herbal, and personal care products once opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
- Products purchased during clearance sales or special discount offers, unless received damaged or incorrect
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a pickup (where applicable) or guide you through the return shipping process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed

- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval
Refund Mode:
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment, or
- Via bank transfer, if required
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
